The kitchen central island serves as both a worktop and a dining area. The living room offers a sofa, a coffee table and large glass doors which open out onto a large wooden terrace with garden furniture, plancha barbecue, table and outdoor chairs.
Finally, the bathroom offers an XXL shower (100x80 cm) and there is a separate toilet.
